Terms Of Services
You automatically accept my Terms of Services once you commission me. Please feel free to contact me in case of any doubts.
General Terms of Services
I have the right to decline a commission.
All the prices are in USD (in INR ₹ for Local customers), acceptable through PayPal (through Invoice) or UPI (for Local customers) only.
For a commission costing less than or equal to $30/₹2000, the client is required to pay the fee 100% upfront first before I start the commission work.
For a commission costing more than $30/₹2000, client has to pay at least 70% of the fee upfront and the remaining sum has to be paid after commission is successfully delivered to client.
Rushed/Urgent Commissions will have a 'Rush Fee' depending on the commission and schedule itself.
The final artwork would be delivered digitally through email only.
Only digital prints for pencil/pen and mix media artworks are available for now.
Every communication before, during and after the commission will be kept documented.
How do Revisions work?
Only two rounds of revisions are allowed (at maximum) after the Line art stage. The term 'Rounds' implies the back-and-forth feedback provided during a revision session. Any further rounds of revisions will have extra cost.
The additional cost will depend on the complexity of revision and time required to make that change.
What's the Refund & Cancellation Policy?
A commission is eligible for a complete refund (and hence, cancellation) only if I do not update the client within one week of advance payment.
A commission cannot be cancelled once the Lineart stage is completed for that commission.
Before Lineart stage is completed: In case the client decides to withdraw commission work after I have started working on it, only 50% of the advance payment will be refunded to the client.
Image Rights & Usage
The client cannot market the commission as their own.
The client is not allowed to sign the commission as their own.
Commissioned work is not for NFT use.
I have the rights to use the image and distribute it as my own. If the commission is personal or original character(s), I will credit the proper ownership. Please inform beforehand if the commissioner does not want the commissioned artwork to be posted.
For commercial profit images, extra charges will be applied. Such images may only be used if the client consults me before the beginning of commission, regarding the same.
